Polluted waters foam Chennai's Besant Nagar and Thiruvanmiyur beaches

Several parts of Besant Nagar and Thiruvanmiyur beaches have been filled with foam. Fishermen say that polluted waters mixed near the Adyar belt cause foam that gets accumulated on the beaches.
