Anubhav Investors Can File for Claims

CHENNAI:  Investors in Anubhav Group of Companies, who have not made any claim so far, can approach the official liquidator of the Madras High Court at Corporate Bhavan on Rajaji Salai with proper application along with original documents to file their claims.

In a press release, senior advocate M Ravindran, who had been appointed as the administrator of the company affairs, said that the liquidation proceedings came to a close before the company court presided over by Justice R Sudhakar on Thursday.

Hence, the remaining investors/ depositors in Anubhav Group can approach the official liquidator.  Only about 35,000 persons claimed and all those who had filed petitions on time and whose claims were genuine and in order, were paid back 100 per cent of their invested amount. After settlement of the amount, Ravindran, the administrator, was discharged from his office from July 1 this year.
