Express News Service

KOCHI:The Defence Institute of Bio-Energy Research (DIBER), a unit of the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), will conduct medical camps in Kerala following the recent breakthrough in developing treatment for leucoderma, using the marvelous healing properties of rare herbs.

It took many years for DRDO scientists to develop the treatment regimen and to establish its efficacy and safety, making use of modern scientific techniques.

The comprehensive leucoderma treatment includes addressing the associated complications like nutritional deficiency, immunity loss and endocrine dysfunction. The treatment also covers  dietary guidelines, lifestyle factors and certain do’s and don’ts to be followed for fast recovery.

A team of doctors from Aimil Healthcare and Research Centre will conduct medical camps in Malappuram on July 25, Ernakulam on July 26 and Thiruvananthapuram on July 27.
