Errabelli Held, Released on Conditional Bail

WARANGAL/HYDERABAD:TTDP leader and Palakurthy MLA Errebelli Dayakar Rao, who was arrested on Sunday for staging a protest at Palakurthy market yard, was on Monday produced before the Jangaon court which remanded him to 14 days judicial custody. However, he was later released on conditional bail.

On Sunday, the TRS and TDP clashed before the Palakurthy market yard. The two groups pelted stones at each other. Police registered cases under various sections against Dayakar Rao and others and produced him before the court which remanded them to judicial custody.

The TDP leaders applied for bail and after hearing the arguments, the court granted bail on Rs 10,000 personal surety for Dayakar Rao.
