Siddaramaiah said Rs 10 crore will be spent on construction of Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) at seven central jails on the lines of Bengaluru Central Jail.
Sources revealed that former Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai and former minister and Karkala MLA Sunil Kumar were the frontrunners for the post of Opposition leader.
