Justice Diwaker said that the then Chief Justice of India Justice Dipak Misra transferred him from Chhattisgarh to Allahabad High Court where he assumed office on October 3, 2018.
According to police, the accused tied the hands of the two boys -- Afzal and Vijay Sahni -- after accusing them of stealing Rs 2,000 from a chicken farm.
