A union representing cabin crew at Germanairline Lufthansa says its members plan to go on strike after talks on pay andconditions broke down.
German news agency dapd reported that the UFO union announced walkouts at allthe German airports where Lufthansa has staff hours after talks with thecompany failed on Tuesday. It didn't give details but said the walkouts wouldnot start on Tuesday.
Members of UFO voted in favor of strike action in early August but the unionheld off on immediate action while it continued negotiations with Lufthansa.
