BANGALORE: Scrips of United Spirits Limited (USL), MCX and Financial Technologies will be shifted from ‘Group A’ to ‘Group B’ category at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
The BSE, as part of their periodic review will transfer the scrips with from October 7, it was reported. On the other hand, stocks like GVK Power and Infrastructure, Punj Lloyd, BEML, India Bulls and Fortis Healthcare among others will be shifted to Group A, it was reported.
Nearly 105 other companies including local search engine JustDial, TVS motors, SKS Microfinance and India Cements among others would also be shifted, the stock exchange said in a circular.
The classification of equity scrips into groups is to provide guidance to investors. Nearly 300 scrips feature in the Group A category while 3000 stocks are listed in Group B, it was reported.
