Ramky Infra Reworks its Debt with Six Lenders

HYDERABAD:Ramky Infrastructure’s six lenders have agreed to restructure the company’s debt under the Joint Lenders Forum.

However, three others have not participated in the debt recast process.

The company on June 12 has executed the restructuring documents with lenders comprising SBI, SBH, PNB, IDBI Bank and Axis Bank, while Yes Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd and Standard Chartered Bank have not participated, Ramky said.

As on March 2014, the company counts a consolidated debt of over Rs 3,027 crore including long-term borrowing of  Rs 1,773.64 crore and short-term loans of Rs  1,253.35 crore.
