CHENNAI: CIEL HR Services, Ma Foi group founder and HR pioneer K Pandia Rajan’s re-entry venture into Human Resources is on the fast track, with the company saying on Thursday that it will expand its presence through 'Ciel Stars' - a brand launched for its franchisee office model. “We have partnered with over 100 companies in just six months,” said Pandia Rajan, adding that CIEL will also be expanding into tier-2 and tier-3 cities across the country, sign up support with 2,000 organisations and engage with 20,000+ candidates each month, through its network of 500 plus recruiters. "We are planning to expand Ciel Stars presence across the country by setting up 100 offices through the franchise model," said Aditya Narayan Mishra, CEO, CIEL HR Services.
