BANGALORE: The Karnataka State Unaided Managements Association (KUSMA) has taken strong exception to the statement of the Primary and Secondary Education Minister Vishweshwar Hegde Kageri that there is no compromise on the issue of private schools misusing permission given to them. In a statement, they have said ``This stand is in blatant contradiction of the judgements of the High Court. It should be noted that though the state government has questioned the judgement in the Apex court, it has not obtained any stay order and the High court’s judgement is very much in force. Any violation of this judgement will amount to contempt of court’’.
