BANGALORE: Dejected by her husband's death in a road mishap, a woman hanged herself in Nagarabhavi BDA Layout, early on Tuesday.
Police said 28yearold Soundarya's husband Anilkumar (33) died in a road mishap near Nelamangala on Sunday. Police said Soundarya had married Anil Kumar, who was from a different caste, 18 months ago.
Police said Anil and his friend were killed in a car accident on Sunday.
Police said after his last rituals on Monday, Soundarya went to her mother's house and hanged herself at 3 am.
Soundarya was reportedly upset after Anil's relatives spoke ill about her.
