BANGALORE: Controversies seem to follow Sandalwood's recent release I Am Sorry Mathe Banni Preethsona. It may be recalled that producercumdirector Ravindra P Das had announced to remove the movie from theatres on Monday. The film which was released on 17 June made news after the director announced to stop the screening in theatres just after four days. Poor boxoffice collections provoked the director to appeal to the theatre owners to stop the screening of his film. I decided to remove the movie because I did not have sufficient money to deposit for theatre rentals. So, I requested the exhibitors to stop the screening," Ravindra said.

However, Basha of Bahar Films, the authorised distributor of the movie announced to continue the screening of the movie. "I will remove this film from a few theatres and continue at other theatres," said Basha.
