For accountability, a company was registered so that formally one could deal with the sale of hearing aids too. What are the main features of your clinic?
Hearing evaluation is an important measure that can predict the need for the rehabilitation aspect of the impaired individual. Whisper Speech and Hearing Clinic has been highly responsive center for hearing care.
At the clinic, one can experience the most scientifically designed testing rooms constructed for getting accurate results for hearing testing.
Digital technology has come from outside India. We are dependent on the research and technology from the west in the areas of acoustics and microchip. Fortunately the positive side of digital technology is that it has made a qualitative change in the delivery of amplified sound comparable to other communication modes.
We have been able to apply the human mind in the use of the hearing instruments that Siemens have been providing in India since 1998. Whisper and Siemens have been committed to the ethical use of technology and humane concerns.
What is the value provided by you in terms of cost and quality?
We are aware of the purchasing power of the individuals and provide a wide choice in cost. Value is unmatched in terms of quality. We ensure total sales and after service under warranty and after, as it is critical to the user experience.
We also offer continuous after-service counseling which is handed out with utmost care for the best experience possible. Staff is highly trained to program the digital hearing aids to match the needs for the specific need of the patients.
The staff is directly trained by SIEMENS and me to give the best experience and value for the patient. We as a organisation is very particular about the kind of training we impart to our staff. Time and again our services have proved this point.
Today technology has reached its peak and nothing is impossible in this era. We are trying to make use of the available resources as much as we can.
This is a high end technology service and it requires highly skilled professionals to deliver the best use to the customers, as they have to be accustomed to use the hearing aid. We are heading towards the requirement from every corner.
How are you marketing your product?
Our marketing is mostly through word of mouth and doctor referrals which is completely based on first-hand experience at the centre We do not have the goal of a business house but of hearing wellness.
Individuals who have been treated spread the information about the usefulness of the place.
Are you planning to expand?
We have only one center in Jayanagar. The clinic has been recently renovated and the Sound testing room has been redesigned and ergonomically placed to give the best results possible. Like any quality service, continued service is the first thing. We may extend service only if we are convinced of the possibility of quality extension elsewhere too. However, plans of expansion is a possibility in our list and we will forward for it if it happens.w
