BANGALORE: With the lifting of runway restrictions at the Bangalore International Airport (BIA), Air India will now operate more flights with higher capacity from Bangalore airport to meet the increased passenger demands during the holiday season.
■ Air India will operate two daily flights to Male (Maldives) every day, one direct and the other via Thiruvananthapuram.
■ AI 263 will leave Bangalore at 9.10 am to reach Maldives at 11.20 am (local time) via Thiruvananthapuram.
■ The second flight AI 265 will leave Bangalore at 11.45 am to reach Male (Maldives) directly at 1.15 pm (local time).
■ The incoming flight from Male will reach Bangalore at 4.45 pm.
■ Air India will operate five direct flights to New Delhi, two in the morning, one in the afternoon and two in the evening.
■ While the early morning flight AI 804 will leave Bangalore at 6.15 am on all the days of the week except Tuesdays (on Tuesdays at 5.55 am), the mid morning flight AI 505 will leave at 9.30 am daily.
■ In the afternoon, the flight AI 501 will leave Bangalore at 1.10 pm five days a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays.
■ In the evening the flight AI 503 will leave Bangalore at 4.30 pm daily and the flight AI 404 will leave at 8.10 pm daily.
■ The corresponding incoming flights will reach Bangalore daily at 8.50 am, 12.05 noon (only on Tuesdays) , 12.30 noon, 3.45 pm, 7.25 pm and 10.45 pm.
■ AI will operate four direct flights from Bangalore to Mumbai, daily two in the morning and two in the evening.
■ The early morning flight AI 640 will leave Bangalore at 6.45 am and the second flight AI 604 will leave Bangalore at 8.35 am.
■ In the evening the flight AI 610 will leave at 7.10 pm and the flight AI 608 will leave at 9.40 pm daily.
■ The corresponding incoming flights will reach Bangalore at 7.50 am, 10.50 am, 6.05 pm and 10.15 pm daily.
■ Bangalore-Hyderabad morning flight AI 517 will leave Bangalore at 8.15 am daily and operate on Bangalore-Pune-Goa and return sector.
■ The incoming flight AI 518 will reach Bangalore at 6.10 pm.
■ On Saturdays, the flight will operate between Bangalore and Hyderabad only due to runway closure at Pune. AI flight to Chennai AI 509 will leave Bangalore daily at 3.50 pm.
■ The flight from Chennai AI 510 will reach in the morning at 11.40 am.
■ AI’s Bangalore-Kolkata daily flight AI 772 will leave Bangalore at 6.05 am and the return flight AI 771 will reach Bangalore at 8.40 pm daily.
■ The Bangalore-Kochi daily flight AI 510 will leave Bangalore at 12.10 noon and the incoming flight AI 509 will reach Bangalore at 3.05 pm daily.
■ Bangalore-Goa-Dubai flight AI 993 will leave Bangalore at 6.10 pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays to reach Goa at 7.15 pm, leave Goa at 8 pm and reach Dubai at 9.20 pm (local time).
■ Bangalore-Hyderabad-Muscat thrice weekly flight AI 977 will leave Bangalore at 5.30 pm on Mondays.
