BANGALORE: Aditya Raheja, director of Gstaad Hotels Private Limited on Vittal Mallya Road, filed a case of trespass, threatening, damage to construction material worth `7 lakh against BBMP Shantalanagar ward corporator Shivakumar, his brother and associates, with the Cubbon Park police on Thursday. Reportedly, on March 29, a few people including Shivakumar, his brother and others barged into the site, where Raheja is constructing a five-star hotel on Vittal Mallya Road and ordered them to stop the work. They threatened the security guards of dire consequences and destroyed the material. They took away other construction material like 88 centring sheets, 2 span and 37 beam rings. Also, they damaged material worth `7 lakh.
