BANGALORE: The Third annual leadership conclave and Indian Affairs Business Leadership Awards 2011 was held in the city on Friday.
During the event, many industry experts spoke on the growing significance of ‘Brand India’, also the theme for the event. “It is no wonder, in a free economy, increasing business relationships, trade collaborations of many Indian brands with overseas players, Indian brands have established an envious and indomitable position in the world market,” said chairperson for the event Satya Brahma.
Organisers added that over 200 industry leaders, social entrepreneurs, diplomats, bureaucrats, policy makers and political leaders took part in the event held here. Many companies took the honours in over 30 categories of awards.
