BANGALORE:  A construction worker died after he accidentally fell from the fourth floor of an under-construction building near Turahalli on Kanakapura Road on Wednesday. The deceased, Bheema Rao, aged around 40 years, was living in a shed on the building premises.

Police said that the building belonged to one, Rajesh, and the works were in the final stage. On Wednesday evening, the work of installing cement sheets on the fourth floor was in progress and Rao was standing on the sheets. He lost control and accidently fell on the ground and died on the spot.

Housekeeping Staffer Dies While Cleaning A house keeping staffer of an apartment died after she accidentally fell off the commode while cleaning the bathroom of a flat at Raja Sannidhi Apartment on Begur-Koppa Road on Wednesday. Police said the victim Yellamma, 40, was standing on the commode and cleaning the ceiling. She lost balance and fell down. She died while being taken to a hospital.
