 What started in 1951 with only 75 families has now grown into one of the most prominent institutions in Bangalore.

Spread over an acre, the Catholic Club provides a complete experience to its members with a range of facilities and good food.

 The club also organises several programmes for its members throughout the year.

 Cafeteria: With the USP, ‘those who eat together stay together’, the club makes sure that its members get to taste quality in every meal.

 The club makes sure that they have something for everyone.

 Specialities include the Mangalorean style fish curry, the Chinese style pork curry, and the north Indian butter chicken.

 They also serve dishes like sizzlers and hold barbeques during winters.

 Lounge: If you are in a mood for a quiet drink or a night out with friends, The Halcyon Lounge is your destination.

 With a band entertaining the audience every Friday, this lounge is the highlight of the club.

 A well stacked bar welcomes you as you step inside this large room with wooden interiors and large windows.

 For the convenience of it’s members they have made a long bar so that there are no queues and everyone can enjoy a hassle free evening.

 Health Club: With amenities like treadmills, cycling machines, rowing machines, the health club is your next destination, if getting fit figures among your new year resolutions next year.

 Yoga camps and workout sessions are also held in the health club.

 Library: It is a reader’s paradise.

 Equipped with books for all ages, the Club’s library has novels, comics, magazines, journals, books for reference and newspapers.

 Billiards Room: One of the most popular rooms in the club is the exquisite billiard room.

 It has two billiards tables for the gentlemen and a pool table to cater to those who prefer the faster game.

 Billiards, snooker and pool enthusiasts flock here to hone their skills and take part in several intra- and inter-club tournaments, including the George Mathias, Louis Mathias and Carlisle Bartley open tournaments, which are hosted by the club in this room.

 The club has lifted several trophies which are displayed on the premises.

 Upcoming events: The month of December is packed with events.

 To celebrate Christmas and to usher in the new year, the club organises many fun filled events for its members and it’s much talked about Christmas party is something you shouldn’t be missing.
