BANGALORE: The 26th year state-level inter high school Vijaya Bank V-GenUTH Quiz Contest was conducted recently, 2012 at Vijaya Bank Head Office on M G Road. Attended by more than 400 students from various schools of the state, the quiz contest was conducted with much fanfare and celebration. Giri Balasubramaniam conducted the quiz programme combining the professional perfection and informal warmth.

Preetham Upadhya and S K Adithya from Sharada Vidyalaya from Mangalore bagged the rolling trophies. H S Upendra Kamath, chairman and managing director of the Bank appreciated the endeavour and standards of generation next and expressed confidence in their ability to shoulder all their responsibilities as fine citizens of the country in the future days to come. Shubhalakshmi Panse, Executive Director of the Bank gave away laptops and notebooks as individual prizes to the members of the winning team as well as the runners up team.

The General Managers, Senior Executives, officials and staffs members of the Bank apart from parents and teachers were present at the event.
