NEW DELHI: As baby Falak battles for life in Delhi, another infant was found abandoned in a carton box on Wednesday by garbage pickers in Bangalore. After being informed, the police immediately took the baby to a nearby hospital.

His condition is said to be stable, while police are on the search for witnesses who may have seen anyone leaving the baby at the car park area.

Reports suggest that the baby found is six-day-old.

In fact, on Wednesday another infant was found abandoned in a train in West Bengal.

The baby was handed over to the Railway police. The baby has been admitted to a hospital in Asanol and is said to be healthy. Doctors said that the infant is in a healthy condition.
