Around 40 volunteers from the Environmentalist Foundation of India organised ‘Clean for Olive Green’, a beach clean-up activity on February 5 at Neelangarai Beach from 6.30 am to 9 pm. School students and locals joined in the programme which aims at ensuring clean nesting grounds for the Olive Ridley turtles.
