BANGALORE: The Art of Living group submitted a report before the High Court given by the Bangalore South Taluk, stating that no encroachments was done on Udipalyakere tank, in survey number 46, on Friday. The petitioner, N Srirama Reddy who had approached the Court alleging that AoL had grabbed three sides of the Udipalyakere tank in Kaggalipura and had constructed illegal structures. The Art of Living which filed a report based on the records given by the Tahsildar states that the AoL has not encroached the tank land area. As per the records, they stated that the state government had given the land on lease, for a period of 30 years to Veda Vignan Mahavidyalaya in 1985.
Hearing the petition, the division bench adjourned the case.
