Stars visit Namma Bengalluru

The star cast of Jodi Breakers — Madhavan, Bipasha basu and Omi vaidya — were in the city to promote their latest film.

The team visited Forum Mall in Koramangala and Coupon mall in Bannerghatta and grooved to some catchy tunes.

At the press conference, Madhavan said, “The movie is a ‘wicked comedy’ and revolves around an unusual love story of home breakers Sid and Sonali who are experts at setting people free from their painful relationships.

Thus, the fulcrum of the movie runs on breaking relationships which sustains not because of love but because of responsibilities and societal norms.” After playing a series of good guys in Hindi films, this is one role where his character has grey shades.

Madhavan took extra effort to sport a moustache to justify the wickedness attached to the character.

He said, “I am fortunate to get to play such a role.

This role has given me the opportunity to be a little naughty in the film.

It was a lot of fun.” On her character, Bipasha Basu said, “It is very much similar to my personal life.

Sonali is a vibrant and independent fun loving girl who is into jodibreaking.” Commenting on his role in the film, Omi Vaidya said, “I play a womaniser.

The character is quite shameless actually.” The song Bipasha has been taking tinsel town by storm ever since it hit the market.

To this Bipasha commented, “It feels nice to have a song with your name in it.

Although, initially I was a little skeptical, I went ahead with it and today I would love to teach the ‘language of love’ to everyone.” On Bangalore, this is what Bipasha had to say, “Whenever I land in Bangalore, the first thing I do is eat good food.

I tweeted about the delicacies you get here as soon as I finished munching on some delicious food.

Madhavan added, “Oh, I love coming here since my first movie was in Kannada.

The people of Bangalore are really warm and fun loving.

This makes the visit even more exciting.”
