BANGALORE: The BBMP which witnessed a high octane by-election battle in Gandhinagar Ward, has got a mammoth task cutout for them. The publicity material like posters, buntings and flexboards of each party had marred the beauty of the city. And with birthday celebration of former CM BS Yeddiurappa, the BBMP has asked its west zone and east zone employees to do night rounds to remove all the publicity material. The BBMP official Y Ramchandra Murthy said, “There is a standing instruction from the BBMP Commissioner to remove all posters, buntings and flex boards which were used during election. We have a huge task of removing unauthorized flex and posters .”
