BANGALORE: The HC on Monday adjourned the petition against Sumitra Devi, former principal of Maharaja’s College, Mysore, for alleged misappropriation of funds during her tenure as principal of the college. The petitioner, K Prasanna, alleged that Sumitra had misappropriated `15 lakh.
A HC division bench adjourned the matter to January 11 for further hearing.
