BANGALORE: Old Skool Rave organises a concert that brings the original sound of the underground UK rave scene at CounterCulture on January 14 with DJ Uri, Minus-6 and Vachan Chinnappa.

Bass Music enthusiasts will get an opportunity to listen to the music from late 80s to early 90s, which carved the way for drum and bass, breakbeat and dubstep, as the event will showcase the tracks and artists that have pioneered the roots of Bass Music. The concert includes Acid House, Old Skool classics and Jungle to DnB

This transition from rave to drum and bass through jungle took place from approximately 1989-1993 during which Djs and producers made music that had such creativity and experimentation with sound. These DJs also created genres like drum and bass, breaks, grime, dubstep, glitch hop and all other forms of bass music.
