BANGALORE: Upset with government not clearing his dues, a government hostel superintendent from Hassan urged the Department of Social Welfare to clear all his dues and threatened to commit suicide if it was not cleared. G K Mallaiah, 42, claimed that his salary was not regulated as per the government order passed in 1994. He further clarified, “Although the order was to be implemented in 1994, I was getting only `960 till 1997. The new salary structure that was set at 0`1280 - 2375 was not given to me even after that. Till date I am being discriminated.
