BANGALORE: An employee working in a private firm was killed when he was hit by a speeding two-wheeler here on Wednesday night. The deceased has been identified as B B Biradhar (24), a native of Basavanabagevadi village, Bijapur. The biker has been identified as Murugan a resident of Banashankari.
According to police, Biradar was hit by a speeding bike when he was trying to cross the road at Devanga Samaja Road, near Hudson Circle. He sustained serious injuries as the bike ran over him. He was rushed to St Marthas Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Man Ends Life
Devaraj, 58, committed suicide by hanging himself at his residence in Iddaluru near Sarjapur on Wednesday. He was a car driver with a private company. Reportedly upset with health issues, he took the extreme step. HSR Layout police registered a case.
Woman succumbs to injuries
Tharini, 59, who was injured after falling from a two-wheeler near BTM Layout fly-over on Wednesday, succumbed to injuries on Thursday. She was going to Bangalore Diabetic Centre with her husband for a medical check-up when the incident took place. She was shifted to a private hospital where she succumbed.
