BANGALORE: Microsoft India Global Technical Support Centre (GTSC) hosted the Architects of Excellence (ACE) Awards recently, to recognise the contribution of employees in the company.
Commenting on the occasion, Thomas Payyapilli, senior director, Microsoft India GTSC, said, “I believe the ACE Awards programme is a significant way of appreciating the great things our people do supporting our customers in need and going the extra mile to accomplish what they set out for.”
Appreciating the efforts of employees, he further added, “The winners of the ACE award have shown exemplary performance, leadership and reflected the MS values to name a few. It is more fulfilling to see the increased participation by our people, in appreciating their peers and teams by nominating them for an award.” The winners were selected based on six parameters like team collaboration, customer satisfaction and others.
