BANGALORE: The Parappana Agrahara police arrested two persons who had allegedly escaped with two lorries containing biscuits and rusks worth about Rs 25 lakh.  The accused are identified as Vijay Singh Rathod alias Vijay, 24, and Dattu Ankush Dasker, 21. Vijay was the supervisor of B R Roadlines transport agency in Hosur, while Dattu was a driver with the agency. According to the police, Britannia company had consigned KPS Logistic Company of transporting 2,538 boxes of biscuits and rusks. The goods were loaded in two container lorries at the Britannia factory in Nelamangala and the lorries were parked near KPS Logistic’s office in Singasandra. Meanwhile, B R Roadline’s owner Bhupendar Singh along with the two accused conspired to steal the goods along with the lorries. Police nabbed the accused in Dindigal of Tamil Nadu and recovered the goods.
