Dusky beauty, Mugdha Godse is all excited about her latest project, Gali Gali Chor Hai. In an exclusive interview with City Express, the sexy lass talks about her role in the movie, her upcoming projects and her aspirations to work in a south Indian movie.

Mugdha plays a role of a glamorous paying guest in her latest flick, Gali Gali Chor Hai, “I play the role of a modern girl called Anita, working in a BPO who is in search of PG accomodation. In that quest, she comes to stay with Akshay Khanna and his wife, played by Shreya Saran. From there on, misunderstandings involving the husband and wife begins,” she said. Comparing her role in this film to her previous movies, she said, “Although, there is not much difference;  the treatment, mannerisms and style that this role has,  is entirely different from my previous roles.” The actress was quite excited on Anna Hazare’s positive reaction on the film. She said, “On the eve of Republic Day,  we displayed the movie for Anna and his people. He was talking about how corruption has percolated into the very lives of all politicians. He also recalled how important is an individual so as to make use of our rights and it was really thrilling.” Akshay Khanna is known in the industry for his different style of working. Mugdha added, “Akshay is a very reserved person, unlike other heroes who talk a lot. ”

Mugdha Godse is all praise for director Rumi Jaffrey who has earlier attempted movies like God Tussi Great Ho with Salman Khan and Life Partner with Govinda. Mugdha said, “Rumi is a very chilled out and calm director. He knows how to get the work done in a very polite manner.”

Today,  item numbers are a big hit and it is also a very good opportunity for me to come into the limelight again and added that she is looking forward  for offers from the South as well. offers. “I would definitely like to be a part of one, please tell them to give me some nice offers.”

On her upcoming films, “I am doing a Marathi movie, a remake remake of Laadla. Will You marry me with Rajeev Khandelwa.  Afra Tafri with Govinda,. Then, there is a movie called ‘Oh God!Saare Hai Fraud where I play an undercover cop.”
