BANGALORE: A two-day Seminar on ‘Challenges in Administration for Futuristic Training Requirements’, under the aegis of the Headquarters Training Command, Indian Air Force (IAF), Bangalore, started in the city on Thursday.
Air Marshal Rajinder Singh, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Training Command, delivered the inaugural address. He directed all participants to ensure timely planning and execution of infrastructure projects to match the schedules of new inductions.
The aim of the seminar is to prepare the Chief Administrative Officers for ‘Management of Change’ in the emerging situation of challenges of administration. The speakers will cover the topics ‘Perspective Planning for IAF Training, ‘Career Planning of Air Warriors’, ‘Security Perspective’ etc.
