BANGALORE: The later half of the BBMP’s Council meeting on Thursday turned out to be a vote of thanks session for the Mayor and Deputy Mayor who will complete their term next month.
The councillors also praised Mayor Sharadamma and Deputy Mayor S Harish for their achievements in BBMP in the last one year.
In the end, Mayor Sharadamma said that politics is not her profession. “I just entered politics by accident. It is not profession. I was elected as a Councillor for the first time and I also became a Mayor. I am satisfied with my work. I have done my job with the funds provided to the BBMP,” she said.
