Welcome back my friend, with your newly activated willpower. It is a very potent tool that will transform your life completely. Continue to balance the materialistic, divine and spiritual aspects of your life to empower yourself further. Since we began this journey together we have made many resolutions. When our Power of Resolution is very strong, our resolutions are extremely effective and materialise immediately.
This is how Enlightened Beings transform the world. Whenever they make a resolution, all the individuals, agencies, forces and circumstances required to implement it will ‘spontaneously’ come together to actualise it.
All of us have this same amazing energy inside, but we have not understood how to activate and use it. Today, let us explore the factors that will trigger and strengthen our Power of Resolution. How is this power created? When we focus with intensity on achieving a goal, our Power of Will, Power of Comprehension and Power of Action fuse together to form our Power of Resolution. So, if we want to strengthen this power in us we must first commit ourselves mentally with faith, belief and trust to a goal and meditate on it with single point intensity. Then we will certainly achieve this goal through the inbuilt power of our Soul.
Now we have already committed ourselves completely to the goal of Meditation which will take us to Self-Realisation. However, do we have total confidence that we will attain this goal? Let us evaluate this together. We must realise that our intensity of belief in ourselves depends on our state of evolution. If we are still evolving, we regard each setback on the journey as an insurmountable hurdle that cannot be crossed over. We fear that even a small hindrance on the way is a major complication that will lead to failure. If at this moment you feel this is happening to you, we must remember that however big our problem may seem to us, it is really not so. Our own negative ego is magnifying the situation. At this very moment, there will be a hundred million people in this world who are facing a much bigger crisis than ours. Please understand that we are not comparing ourselves to anybody here, but we are evolving by bringing in a sense of proportion to the way we are seeing the problem. Likewise, if the feeling that we are very rich, famous, powerful, intelligent etc., is fuelling our positive ego, we should remember that there are thousands of people who are better endowed, more capable and gifted than us.
This truth brings about a paradigm shift in our perception and maintains a sense of inner balance. Otherwise we may lose our self-confidence or become over-confident. As we are now aware, both these states which are projections of the ego will de-link us from the Soul, thus depleting our power to resolve.
