Science camp for students

The St Peter’s College of Engineering and Technology will be organising a science camp for 300 students under the INSPIRE Internship Programme from December 26-30 this year on the college campus. The programme is sponsored by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.

Students who have secured 94.2% and above in Tamil Nadu Board/Matriculation or have a CGPA A1 & above in CBSE (Class 10) or have scored a 95% & above in ICSE (Class 10) or secured a 95.1% & above in Viswa Bharathi (Class 10) or a 86.8% and above in AMU Board (Class 10) and pursuing science in Class 11 are eligible to participate in the programme. Mentors will be academy fellows, Bhatnagar awardees, scientists and experts of national and international repute.

The camp will provide an opportunity for students to interact with mentors. Each student will receive a registration kit and participation certificate. Travel facilities (up and down) will be available. Lunch, tea and coffee will be served daily. There is no registration fee.
