Students from Lalaji Memorial Omega International School (IGCSE-Cambridge Stream) were the second runners up at the All India ‘Vel Let’s Debate’ Competition held at The Vellammal International School in Chennai recently. Aditya Tiwari and Prabhat Klotz of class XI, Vathsan, Chakravorthy and Chinmay Rathod of class X and Jannush of class IX participated. The topic of debate for the final round was Bifurcation of States in India — ‘United we stand, divided we fall’. The students exhibited excellent oratorical skills, logical thinking and confidence while presenting their arguments.
