Public sector lender Vijaya Bank launched Linguify, a software, here on Thursday.
Linguify Banks FIN v3.0 is powered by an innovative new technology which enables Finacle installation go Hindi sans any modifications to the code or to the database. The bank said the software was risk-free and assured a successful multilingual environment to work in Hindi.
Bank CMD H S Upendra Kamat said that core banking systems form the backbone of any modern bank’s global operations and a bank’s front office employees rely on it to provide efficient services to customers. He said introduction of Linguify Banks by Vijaya Bank with facilities in Hindi will smoothen banking operations in a congenial and user-friendly environment.
He also said working completely on the client front end Linguify.Banks translates all the Finacle screens, including the customised screens into Hindi.
