Coupling fun with academics is an effective way of learning. As part of an initiative by Syndicate Bank, MBA students of Sambhram School of Management had the opportunity to understand concepts of inclusive growth on the field. During their visit to Bheemankupee village, which falls under the operational area of the bank’s Ramohalli branch, the students interacted with the bank’s business correspondent, asking pertinent questions about Reserve Bank of India’s financial policy and their role as future managers in achieving this.
The students also participated in a seminar on ‘Inclusive Growth and Microfinance Access’. The field trip was not all business as the students enjoyed rustic fare for lunch.
