The Karnataka High Court on Friday was unhappy as the state government had not produced original documents of nomination of syndicate members to Bangalore University (BU).
Justice Ashok B Hinchigeri heard a petition filed by three syndicate members challenging the government’s move to take back its order of nominating them as BU syndicate members. Hinchigeri directed undersecretary to Education Department to file a memo and adjourned the case till further hearing.
