Recognition for Scientists

The state government is honouring 13 scientists and engineers for their contributions to the field. Five awards for 2012 will be bestowed on the awardees chosen from fields including animal nutrition, embryology and physics.

BANGALORE: The state government is honouring 13 scientists and engineers for their contributions to the field. Five awards for 2012 will be bestowed on the awardees chosen from fields including animal nutrition, embryology and physics.

The awards will be distributed on Monday at a function to be organised by the Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology at J N Tata Auditorium, Indian Institute of Science.
