BENGALURU: Professor Pulak Ghosh from the Quantitative Management Information Systems (QMIS) area at the Indian Institute of Management-Bangalore (IIMB), has been selected as one of the two joint winners to be awarded the National Biennial Award 2015 for outstanding contribution to the field of Statistics by Indians below 45 years. National Biennial award is the ‘Award for Outstanding and Meritorious Research work in Statistics’ in the Honour of prof C R Rao. Professor Pulak Ghosh will receive the prestigious award at a special function organised at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi on June 29.
