QUEEN'S ROAD: City-based property developer Zonasha Estates and Projects bagged three awards at the BERG Real Estate Awards 2015 — Emerging Developer of the Year (South), Luxury Project of the Year (Zonasha Paradiso) and Young Achiever (Zonu Reddy, director of Zonasha) — held recently in Singapore.
The awards, which recognised the contribution of many developers, architects and interior designers from India, were conceptualised and hosted by Singapore-based Business Excellence and Research Group (BERG).
On receiving the awards, Zonu Reddy, Director, Zonasha Estates and Projects said, “I am very pleased to receive this honour from BERG. We, at Zonasha, aim to build projects that are architecturally dynamic and opulent with state of the art designs. With Zonasha Paradiso, we have set a benchmark when it comes to luxury, design and quality.”
Chairman of the BERG Advisory Board, Thomas McMahon, said, “We are extremely happy with the popularity of the BERG Awards among the Indian real estate community. The sector plays a critical role for managing India’s rapidly urbanising population. BERG aims to provide an international thought leadership platform in this process.”
The second edition of the BERG awards attracted participation from a large cross-section of real estate players spanning developers, architects and interior designers from across India.
Based on a multiple-level evaluation by the BERG team of analysts, a total of 15 awards were presented on the gala night in Singapore.
Prominent members of the Indian business community based in Singapore were present on the occasion.
