Traffic Curbs Today

BENGALURU: To ensure smooth flow of traffic during the festivities in the days running up to Christmas, the traffic police have imposed parking restrictions on Wednesday.

A press release said road users who are not going outside Bengaluru have been advised to avoid K G Road, Goods Shed Road, Sheshadri Road, Subedar Chatram Road, Platform Road and Krishna Flour Mill Road between 4 pm and 11 pm.

All buses going towards Mysuru, Kodagu and Kerala will start only from the Mysore Road bus terminal. Buses going towards Tamil Nadu will start from Shanthinagar bus terminal.

Passengers who are travelling outside Bengaluru city have been  requested to take a BMTC bus or autorickshaw to go to city railway station or the KSRTC bus terminal.

Parking Restrictions

All private vehicle parking is banned on Dhanvanthri Road, Railway Station Road, Tank Bund Road, Platform Road and Khodays Junction.
