QUEEN'S ROAD: The city recently got its first Smart Township, which will comprise completely self-sustaining sporting homes with automation options as well as electric vehicles for commuting within the township.
Located at Devanahalli, Brigade Orchards is an 130-acre integrated enclave located very near to the International airport. The project is a joint venture by Brigade Enterprises, Classic Group and Valmark. “It is an ambitious project for us and with it, we are expecting to raise the bar by integrating smart features into the project to create a positive impact,” Amar Mysore, vice-president for BCV Developers, said in a statement.
The township has planned and provided for water management, energy management, waste management as well as an app and smart card for cash-less transactions within the enclave.
