BENGALURU: As part of the exercise of handing over the Outer Ring Road (ORR) to Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike as specified by a Government Order two years ago, Bangalore Development Authority and BBMP officials on held a joint inspection of the road recently.
“A state government order issued in 2013 asked the BBMP to take over the 47-km long ORR but BBMP did not do so despite four letters from us,” said BDA Engineer Member P N Nayak. “We will now be handing over the road along with 47 completed flyovers on the road within three or four days,” he added.
