Woman, 3-year-old escape after tree falls on house

BENGALURU: A 35-year-old woman and her three-year-old son escaped with minor injuries after a tree fell on their house in Bull Temple Road, near Ganapathi Temple, on Wednesday. Prabhathamma and her son Shravan were in the house. Prabhathamma’s husband Nanjappa works as a security guard at the temple. The house was given to them by the Muzrai Department.

Woman.jpgSpeaking about the incident, Nanjappa said, “BMS college students are often spotted near the tree. Luckily none of them was  there during the incident.”
