BENGALURU: You can take Pakistani hearthrob Fawad Khan out of Indian fiction but you can’t take him out of our fantasies. On November 29, when he celebrated his birthday, we ask Bengalureans and his die-hard fans how they would plan his perfect birthday. And let us warn you, some were naughty.

Linda Mariah, a college student, wants to take him to watch the Northern Lights, “I would plan a party there, have a candlelight dinner, dance with him, maybe even make out!” Candlelight dinner is also what Alex Mathew wants with the Khan. “I would also sing for him. Where would you get a hunk like that these days?” A lot of his fans wanted to plan a party for him. Rakshita, another college student, wants to invite his entire family, “He is an actor, so it is obvious that he must be away from them most of the time.” If Rakshita wants his family, Uchita wants to plan with Fawad’s co-stars.

“I will also give him a card that speaks of all the love I have for him,” she says with a sigh. Poonam Shenoy wants to a party too, but with a ‘royal’ twist. She wants to book a jet for him to fly to his house with her, “After the party, the private jet would take us to all the places that hold meaning for him, are close to his heart.” She even imagines a billboard in Times Square that wishes him a ‘Happy Birthday’.

Shenoy isn’t the only one who believes in grand gestures, Tanisha Kabra wants to book an airplane with a banner reading, ‘I love you Fawad’. “I’ll make him breakfast. And after he comes out of his shower, right then, I want the plane to pass by. I would call him out to the balcony and look at him when he reads that!” Kabra claims to be his biggest fan. Here we sound the blush alert. Abilasha has only one thing planned for him: “Morning sex!” Shanza Ahmed gets naughtier.

“Fawad, I hear, is diabetic,” he says. “I can’t give him a cake, so I’ll be his cake.” Anushka wants to take him to the ‘The Red Room’ (from Fifty Shades of Grey) of his dream. Romal Laisram, on the other hand, wants to help Fawad be the ‘Perfect Man’. “Since he has turned 35, he basically should be very progressive by now. Everything else about him makes him a perfect man, but his attitude towards women is not that progressive. So, I would take him on a date followed by a feminism class one-on-one.”
