BENGALURU: The Transport Department will allow PU II students to travel to their examination centres using the student bus pass irrespective of the route specified in it.
As the PUE department has introduced randomisation in allotting exam centres, students have to reach another college to write their exams. But, the student bus pass allows them to travel only in a particualr route (from the area of residence to the college they are studying).
Following requests by students, officials have submitted a request to the Transport Department to allow students to travel using the student pass. Considering the request, the department announced relaxation of student passes both in KSRTC and BMTC.
