BENGALURU: A day after the mysterious death of a Nigerian in the city, African citizens have strongly condemned the incident. They vented their ire on social networking sites, blaming the city police for death of Ifeanyi Madu,(28)on Sunday night.

The police had earlier claimed that Madu along with his friend tried to escape on a scooter after the CCB police made a bid to nab them on charges of drug peddling.

Bosco, a legal adviser for Africans told Express that the officials from African Embassy are on the way to city to gather more information about the incident. Many Africans smell conspiracy in Madu’s murder.  Meanwhile, police await for the parents to give nod to the postmortem. The deceased’s friend who was on bike is still at large. His arrest may help in solving the mystery.
